Service Shop Specifics
- Super-quick turnaround. Our large, active shop is able to complete most repairs within a 2 day window.
- We keep high levels of repair inventory. No waiting until next week for a routine part to get ordered.
- All service is written up by a mechanic service-writer. This means very accurate estimates, and problem phone calls kept to a minimum.
- Mechanics receive extensive suspension service training, so we are able to complete almost all service in house.
- On the rare occasion that something needs to be shipped for service, we have demo bikes and loaner equipment to keep you riding.
