If you want to see better fitness and training results for next season, now is the time to start building. Our progressive training program will focus on building your strength, endurance and efficiency as a rider.

 

THIS IS NOT A SPIN CLASS – IT IS AN INDOOR CYCLING SESSION.

 

The term “spin class” is often used to describe any type of indoor cycling and, thus, can be misleading when it comes to different types of work out and training sessions. During a “traditional” spin class you are pedalling a stationary bicycle. While most stationary bikes have a weighted flywheel on the front (usually around 40 pounds) to mimic what you’d feel outdoors, this weight builds momentum as you spin, making it a little easier than pushing your own body weight on a flat road or up a hill — or on an actual bike in a trainer. “Spin is like dancing on a bike – indoor cycling is like crushing that hill and feeling the wind in your face.” (Wes Wood)

About the trainer:

 

Wesley Wood is an experienced personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach from LIMITLESS TRAINING.

 

He is the author of Limitless Eating, a nutrition cookbook targeted towards endurance athletes. Wes coaches many athletes from around Victoria pushing them to their limits. He gives individual attention to each attendee to ensure they maximize their workout while maintaining correct techniques.
