Wesley Wood is back again to lead another successful indoor cycling program! Classes will be held Monday and Wednesday evenings starting Oct 19th. If you want to see better results for next season, now is the time to start building. Our progressive training program will focus on building your strength, endurance and efficiency as a rider. Challenge yourself with our heart rate focused sessions which will display your HR on the big screen during the session.
Wesley is an experienced personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach from Limitless X Training. He is the author of Limitless Eating – a nutrition cookbook targeted towards endurance athletes. Wesley coaches many athletes from around Victoria pushing them to their limits. He gives individual attention to each attendee to ensure they maximize their workout while maintaining correct technique. Be ready for a great 70 min workout!!
